Campus Print

Larger Print Quota

Every semester, students are credited with a larger printing allowance, approximately 100 more black and white sheets than Spring 2011. After conducting a survey of several colleges and universities, we concluded that this quota would meet the needs of most Simmons students. If you see that you are going to use up your $50 per semester free printing allowance, it’s a snap to transfer $2, $5 or $10 from Fenway Cash to your Campus Print account.

Print to Anywhere

No more sending a job to a printer only to find, too late, that you are last in a long line. Campus Print queues will allow you to choose your printer when you find a printer. Pages will remain ready for printing for six hours or until you print them out.

More Choices

We have replaced aging public access printers on the academic and residence campuses with versatile but easy-to-use printer/copier/scanner devices. This means that whichever device you choose will be able to do whatever you’d like it to do. In addition to printing and copying, students will be able to make digital copies of paper documents when they scan to email for free.

Track Your Impact

Campus Print calculates your environmental impact based on the number of sheets. Double-sided pages are offered at a discount, and using the easy scan to email option can reduce both cost and paper waste to zero.
