 Long Distance Calls  Dial 9 + 1 + Area Code + 7-Digit Number 
 International Calls  Dial 9 + 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number
 Toll-Free Calls  Dial 9 + 1 + 10-Digit Toll Free Number

Fire, Medical, and Police

Dial 9 + 911. If you dial emergency in error, please stay on the line to tell the dispatcher that you do not have an emergency.
