What Happens to My Email When I Leave Simmons? (Faculty and Staff)

The Google Apps for Education accounts of departing faculty and staff will automatically be disabled after the last day of employment. Some accounts (e.g. those of adjunct faculty members) are held open to accommodate faculty who might be away from Simmons for a semester or two.
Once the account is disabled, emails sent to that address will receive an auto-reply stating that the account is no longer active. To enable or set up an autoreply, please have your supervisor contact the Service Desk at servicedesk.simmons.edu or 617-521-2222.
