Making copies using Multi-Function Devices (MFDs)

To make a copy on a Multi-Function Device (MFD):

1. Place your document face-down on the glass loading bed. Look for markings on the border to guide your placement.

2. Tap your card on the black tag-like reader on the front of the MFD.

3. Select Copy.

4. You will see the Copy settings page.


If desired, use this page to change:

  • Single- or double-sided copies
  • Black & white / full-color copy (if it's a color MFD)
  • Copy size
  • Copy brightness
  • What type of content (for higher quality scans)

5. Press Copy It

6. Your document will be printed like a regular print job.
