Please attach any conference agendas, schedules, or other documents that might be helpful in planning the media/av support for your event – especially for events that last multiple days in multiple locations. Please make sure that each attachment is less than 10MB and total of attachment does not exceed 20MB. For the best result, please use Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.

    After Hours Outage

    Technology-related service outage during non-business hours? Call Public Safety 617-521-1112, who can page us after hours. Examples: Campus-wide outage of: Email, MeetingMaker, wireless/wired network, printing, phone system, Datatel/Colleague, AARC, Simmons Websites, department network drives, etc.
